We’re looking for passionate, empathetic Personal Consultants to join us — professionals who want to deliver flexible, whole-person care that adapts as clients’ needs evolve.

What Is Personal Consultancy?

Personal Consultancy offers a unique, integrated approach designed for people who need:

Rather than choosing between therapy or coaching, Personal Consultancy gives clients access to both, from a single trusted expert.

How It Works: The 4 Modes of Personal Consultancy

Our structured yet flexible process supports clients through:

  • Authentic Listening“You feel heard, maybe for the first time.”

  • Generating“You start to imagine what’s possible.”
  • Supporting“You stay the course — and grow stronger with every step.”

Role Outline

  • Deliver one-on-one consultations and structured support sessions tailored to client needs
  • Provide flexible, high-quality interventions in-person or remotely
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes, and manage your schedule efficiently
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and reflective practice
  • Work autonomously within BACP, HCPC, UKCP, or equivalent ethical standards
  • Liaise with other professionals when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being
  • Contribute to ongoing service quality improvements, fostering an environment of excellence in mental health support

  • Ability to work occasional weekends or evenings
  • Experience in delivering workshops, group sessions, or talks
  • A rich lived experience that informs your practice
  • Strong understanding of preventative and maintenance approaches to mental health
