Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing our services via face-to-face sessions, online platforms (e.g., Zoom or Google meet), or through our website, you are agreeing to the following terms.

 

1. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Confidentiality is fundamental to our therapeutic and coaching relationships. Clients must feel safe to express themselves fully, knowing that what they share is protected.

  • All client information is treated with the strictest confidentiality.
  • Information will only be disclosed in exceptional cases where there is:
    • A serious risk to your life or someone else’s.
    • A legal obligation requiring disclosure (e.g., court order or safeguarding duty).
  • Where possible, we will discuss this with you before any disclosure is made.
  • We comply fully with the UK Data Protection Act (1998) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

 

2. Client Conduct

MindPath Consulting promotes respectful, non-judgemental dialogue at all times.

We reserve the right to end sessions or terminate services in the event of:

  • Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour toward our team.
  • Misuse of our services or platforms.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Such behaviour may result in charges for missed sessions or refusal of future bookings.

 

3. GP and Emergency Contact Information

For your safety, all clients must provide:

  • An emergency contact person in your country of residence.
  • GP (or primary healthcare provider) details.

We cannot proceed with services unless this information is provided. Appointments booked without this information may be cancelled, and if this falls within our 48-hour cancellation window, the full fee may still apply.

 

4. Service Eligibility & Scope

Our services are proactive and preventative in nature. We support clients in processing emotions, building resilience, and navigating life’s challenges.

We are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, please contact:

MindPath Consulting services are available to adults aged 18 years and above.

 

5. Payment of Fees

  • All therapy and coaching sessions must be prepaid via our secure booking system.
  • Services will not be confirmed until payment is received.
  • Organisations wishing to purchase packages should contact our partnerships team at hello@mindpathconsulting.com.

 

6. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Sessions are scheduled exclusively for you. If you cancel:

  • With 48+ hours notice: No charge.
  • With less than 48 hours notice or no-show: Full session fee applies.

Appointments booked less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Cancellation can be made via your booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Missed sessions will be automatically billed or deducted from pre-paid packages.

Terms and Conditions for NHS and Key Workers

 

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.

MindPath Consulting is proud to support NHS and Key Workers with access to discounted, professional mental health support during difficult times. By booking a session through this offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Discounted Session Rate

We offer 90-minute therapy sessions at a discounted rate of £120 to NHS staff and other UK-recognised Key Workers. This rate is subject to availability and the professional commitments of participating therapists.

 

2. Proof of Eligibility

To access this offer, you must:

  • Be employed by the NHS or be a recognised Key Worker in the UK.
  • Be able to present proof of employment (e.g., staff ID badge or recent payslip) during your first session.

Failure to provide evidence may result in session cancellation or rebooking at the full fee rate.

 

3. Booking a Session

You may:

  • Choose your therapist via our website or the MindBody app.
  • Select from limited time slots pre-allocated by therapists specifically for NHS/Key Worker support.
  • Book and pay for your session in advance through our secure booking platform.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

MindPath sessions are reserved specifically for you. Therefore:

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will incur no charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged at the full session rate.
  • Missed appointments without cancellation will also be charged in full.

You can manage or cancel bookings through your MindPath account or by contacting us directly.

 

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Confidentiality is central to our therapeutic work. Your therapist will not share any information unless:

  • There is a serious risk to your life or the life of another.
  • Disclosure is legally required.
  • We will always seek your consent where possible before breaking confidentiality.

MindPath Consulting complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR, and your data is securely stored and processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

 

6. Suitability & Safety

Our services are designed to be preventative and proactive, not emergency or crisis response.

7. Client Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful and professional space for therapeutic work. Threatening or abusive behaviour towards any therapist, coach, or staff member will result in:

  • Immediate termination of the session.
  • Potential permanent suspension from our services.
  • Full charges being applied for the missed session.

 

8. Payment Terms

  • All sessions must be prepaid at the time of booking.
  • Payment can be made online via our secure booking system.
  • Sessions will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
